In the meantime -
Use various types of bread such as white, rye, wheat, etc. Cut off crusts and fill with spreads such as egg salad, ham salad, tuna fish, cream cheese and olives. Or use a cookie cutter to create different shapes and then fill.

Also serve open face sandwiches. Spread a light layer of cream cheese, cover with watercress and top with a slice of salmon.

Purchase phyllo dough; follow directions on package how to prepare for use. Fill with cooked ground meat of your choice and seasonings and bake as directed.

Use tortilla's to make a variety of wraps filled with seafood, vegetables, cheese and alfalfa sprouts, cold meats with fixings, turkey, whatever. Whatever you can put in a bread sandwich, you can wrap! Serve with dipping sauces if desired.
